On December 11, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2), attended the 10th Provincial Agricultural Development Committee Meeting, Phrae Province, 2025, at the Wiang Kosai Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Phrae Provincial Hall, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province. Mr. Manoon Rattana-ubon, Phrae Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, chaired the meeting.
The meeting addressed six issues:
- The water situation in Phrae Province
- Publicizing the Rice Seed Conversion Promotion Project for 2026
- Joint meeting between representatives of rice farmers and representatives of rice farmers
- Preparation of the provincial agricultural and cooperative action plan and progress report for fiscal year 2026
- Compilation of data on important food-related plans/projects in Phrae Province Fiscal Year 2025-2026
- Measures for preventing and resolving agricultural burning problems in 2025/2026
One item to consider: the selection of high-value agricultural areas and products (namely, tangerines, goats, and mulberry silk) under the “One Locality, One High-Value Agricultural Product” project for fiscal year 2026.
