On December 12, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), along with Mrs. Suthathip Srisanphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, attended a presentation of the Master Plan for Enhancing Economic Capacity in Herbal Medicine and Healthcare in Phitsanulok Province. This plan aims to promote cooperation between the government, private sector, educational institutions, entrepreneurs, communities, and related networks to boost the herbal medicine and healthcare economy in Phitsanulok Province. MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) activities are used as a key tool to create added economic value, thereby elevating Phitsanulok to become a MICE City specializing in herbal medicine and healthcare. The presentation took place at the Somdej Phra Naresuan Maharat Meeting Room (Room 772), 7th Floor, Phitsanulok Provincial Hall, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province, and was chaired by Mr. Kiattisak Trongsiri, Governor of Phitsanulok Province.
