On December 18, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned Mr. Chalermsin Intachaisri, Senior Statistical Analyst, to attend the opening ceremony of World Soil Day in Phitsanulok Province. The event included an exhibition commemorating World Soil Day, showcasing the genius of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) in land development and important royal duties. In addition, there were various exhibitions such as tasting safe fruits and vegetables, shopping for organic agricultural products, and learning about various technologies and innovations. Attendees included heads of government agencies/representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, at the Phitsanulok Land Development Station, Chai Nam Subdistrict, Wang Thong District, Phitsanulok Province. Miss Piyachat Phaichon, Deputy Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the opening ceremony.
