On December 18, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), organized a volunteer activity for public service: “Blood Donation to Save Human Lives” at the Thai Red Cross Society, Phitsanulok Province. ROAE2 staff participated in this activity to commemorate the benevolent reign of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, express loyalty, and offer merit in honor of the anniversary of His Majesty’s birth, National Day, and Father’s Day on December 5, 2025.
