On October 14, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), accompanied by division directors and the Head of the Administrative Branch, namely:
- Mrs. Suthatip Srisanpakit, Director of the Agro-Economic Zone Development Planning Division
- Mr. Warit Choosakul, Director of the Agro-Economic Research and Program Evaluation Division
- Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division
- Miss Mayuchat Niyom, Head of the Administrative Branch
along with responsible officers from the divisions and branch of ROAE2, attended a consultative meeting to discuss guidelines for defining specifications for individual service contracting under project proposals of the Office of Agricultural Economics via the Zoom online system, with Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, presiding over the meeting.
The objective of the meeting was to jointly deliberate on the terms and specifications for individual service contracting (natural persons) under OAE project proposals to ensure budget disbursements comply strictly with government regulations, and to establish standardized, uniform guidelines across Centers, Bureaus, Divisions, and ROAE 1–12—especially for collaborative projects integrated between central headquarters and ROAE 1–12.
