On October 16, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, in her capacity as Chair of the ROAE2 Working Group on Enhancing Personnel Well-being and Engagement, together with the working group members, to convene the 2/2026 Meeting of the Working Group at the Dok Peep Meeting Room, 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics.
On this occasion, the meeting acknowledged the performance outcomes under the ROAE2 Personnel Well-being and Engagement Enhancement Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 and reviewed past activity results to inform operational planning for Fiscal Year 2027.
The ROAE2 Personnel Well-being and Engagement Enhancement Plan aims to cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere, encourage active participation, and strengthen organizational commitment among personnel.
The Chair assigned working group members to monitor and report on the progress of planned activities in the upcoming phases to ensure that ROAE2’s initiatives proceed seamlessly and achieve their defined goals.
