Director of ROAE2 held the 3rd/2025 meeting of the Subcommittee on Agricultural Information Development, ROAE1-12.

On October 17, 2025, Mrs. Thunphicha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), as Chairperson of the Subcommittee on Agricultural Information Development, ROAE1-12, along with Miss Panrada Tharuean, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst, Acting Director of the Agricultural Information Division, and staff from the Agricultural Information Division, ROAE2, attended the 3rd/2025 meeting of the Subcommittee on Agricultural Information Development, ROAE1-12, via Google Meet.

The meeting addressed the following matters:

  • Appointment of the Subcommittee on Agricultural Information Development, ROAE1-12
  • Management Guidelines, Budget, and Staffing of the Agricultural Information Division, ROAE1-12, Fiscal Year 2026
  • Overall allocated budget for ROAE1-12 for Fiscal Year 2026
  • Plan for organizing agricultural information workshops for ROAE1-12 in Fiscal Year 2026
  • Driving the Mr. Product event for each ROAE and creating a one-pager of the status of important agricultural products in their areas of responsibility
  • Publicizing ROAE’s agricultural information work

To consider the following matters:

  • Outstanding achievements in agricultural information from ROAE1-12 for submission to the annual report (2 topics): Economic Fruit Trees and Approaches to Developing the Potential of the Volunteer of Agricultural Economics (VAE) towards a Smart VAE.
  • Outstanding achievements in agricultural information from ROAE1-12 for presentation at the monthly OAE executive meeting (3 topics): Application of digital technology to produce local-level agricultural economic information (Crop Cutting, GIS, Drone, and Digital Survey) and Provincial Information Development and guidelines for developing the potential of the Volunteer of Agricultural Economics (VAE) towards a Smart VAE.
