On October 20, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of Office of the 2nd Regional Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), along with the Division Directors, attended the 4th/2025 meeting of the OAE Civil Service Development Committee. The meeting was held via Zoom online to review the performance indicators for the Director-level Performance Certification Program (DPC) for Bureaus/Centers/Divisions/ROAE1-12/Direct Agencies for Fiscal Year 2026. Dr. Kanchana Kwanmuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the OAE, chaired the meeting, and Miss Pasinee Na Pomphet, OAE Civil Service Development Expert, served as Secretary.
