On October 23, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned general administration officials to participate in a wreath-laying ceremony to commemorate the anniversary of the death of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn at the King Chulalongkorn Monument in front of Phitsanulok City Hall. Mr. Boonluea Baramee, Deputy Governor of Phitsanulok Province, Acting Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony.
