On October 24, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), along with representatives of departments/divisions under ROAE2, attended the 2nd/2025 Organizational Management Development Subcommittee Meeting via Zoom. Chaired by Mr. Chaisak Wuttisak, Director of ROAE5, the meeting addressed the following matters:
- 2025 budget disbursement results for ROAE1-12
- 2026 General Administration Submission Report Form for ROAE1-12
- 2026 fiscal year operating and capital budgets for ROAE1-12
To consider operational guidelines for organizational management development for fiscal year 2026 and guidelines for outsourcing personnel management and drivers under the other expenditures for fiscal year 2026.
Other matters include:
- Seeking feedback to develop specifications for supplies and setting a median price for e-bidding for car rentals from ROAE1-12. This will be used to develop specifications for car rentals to ensure they meet the intended purpose, meet operational needs, and achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reviewing the budget allocation framework for administrative expenses for ROAE1-12, operating budget.
