On November 14, 2025, Mrs. Thaunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Mayuchat Niyom, Head of General Administration, along with other general administration officials, to participate in the wreath-laying ceremony to honor the Father of Royal Rainmaking Day 2025 at the Public Hall, Phitsanulok Provincial Hall, Mueang Phitsanulok District, Phitsanulok Province. This ceremony was held to express loyalty and commemorate the great kindness of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great. Mr. Boonluea Baramee, Deputy Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony.
