On November 28, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, along with the Working Group on Enhancement of Staff Well-being and Engagement Plans for ROAE2, to attend the 1/2025 meeting of the Working Group on Enhancement of Staff Well-being and Engagement Plans for ROAE2 via Zoom. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sriprai Bunyadet, Secretary-General of the Department.
- To acknowledge the results of the OAE Staff Well-being and Engagement Survey for Fiscal Year 2025.
- To review the results of the OAE Staff Well-being and Engagement Plan for Fiscal Year 2025.
- To consider the plan to enhance staff well-being and engagement. (Revised Edition) Fiscal Year 2026
- To review the questionnaires in the OAE Personnel Well-being and Engagement Survey for Fiscal Year 2026.
The Working Group for Developing the Plan to Enhance the Well-being and Engagement of ROAE2 Personnel will use these comments and suggestions as guidelines for developing the plan to enhance the well-being and engagement of ROAE2 personnel for Fiscal Year 2026, to drive OAE operations according to this plan.
