On November 17-27, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Mayuchat Niyom, Head of General Administration, to participate in the training program “Building Public Finance and Financial Capacity for Supervisors” for Fiscal Year 2026. The training took place in the conference room on the second floor of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Region 6, Phitsanulok Province. The objective of the training program was to enable participants to understand the intent of laws, regulations, and rules, as well as procedures related to financial management, accounting, internal auditing, procurement, welfare and benefits, and tort liability management. This training program was designed to enable participants to apply these principles to their management more effectively. Miss Thipphawan Matchupa, Treasury Officer Region 6, presided over the training.
