On December 7, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, along with officers from the Agricultural Information Division, to participate in a merit-making alms-giving ceremony to offer merit to 48 monks on the occasion of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati’s birthday, December 7, 2025, at Phitsanulok City Hall. Mr. Kiattisak Trongsiri, Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony. Along with government department heads, civil servants, and staff, the event took place at the Public Hall, Phitsanulok City Hall.
