On December 22-23, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2), along with Mr. Warit Chusakul, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, participated in a seminar on “Enhancing the Efficiency of Monitoring and Evaluating Key Government Agricultural Policy Projects” at the Healthland Resort and Spa, Pattaya, Chonburi Province. Dr. Chatthaphol Sayaphan, Director of the Evaluation Center, Office of Agricultural Economics, presided over the opening ceremony, and Miss Phanida To-phuang, Agricultural Development Evaluation Expert, presented the report.
The objective of the seminar was to prepare and enhance the efficiency of monitoring and evaluation for personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics. For operations in 2026:
Four presentations were given on the following topics:
- Guidelines for driving the monitoring and evaluation of government agricultural policies
- Guidelines for writing monitoring and evaluation reports of key government agricultural policy projects
- Innovations for enhancing the efficiency of project monitoring and evaluation in the digital age
- Developing Smart Forms for monitoring and evaluating government agricultural policies
