On December 24, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional ROAE(Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned the Agricultural Information Section of ROAE2 to participate in the integrated knowledge exchange between personnel from ROAE1-12 and external agencies (Unit School), 1st session of fiscal year 2026, via Zoom Cloud Meeting. Mr. Nikorn Saengket, Director of the ROAE8 and Chairman of the ROAE1-12 Executive Committee, presided over the opening of the event.
The objectives were to promote learning and work development through the exchange of knowledge in various fields between internal OAE units (ROAE1-12/centers/offices/divisions) and external agencies, and to provide an opportunity for ROAE1-12 staff to practice presenting their work and knowledge related to or supporting their mission to the public, thereby increasing their proficiency and confidence.
The topics for knowledge sharing presentations are as follows:
- Application of AI to improve the efficiency of general operations, by Mr. Totsaphorn Sathornwisit, Faculty of Agriculture. Ubon Ratchathani University (ROAE11)
- Tools to assist in searching, analyzing, and summarizing data, by Miss Suwaree Jaiduang, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst (ROAE1)
- Creating secure QR Codes, by Mr. Om Srinawakorn, Policy and Planning Analyst (ROAE6)
- Forecasting the future with Foresight, by Mrs. Atcharaphorn Songprasop, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst (ROAE8) and Miss Wasinee Khongkha, Policy and Planning Analyst (ROAE12)
- Using the NDWI index to assess agricultural flood areas, by Mr. Phutthasak Ritkham, Photogrammetric Specialist (ROAE2)
- Driving the Mr. Product for key agricultural products initiative of each ROAE, by Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of Agricultural Information Division (ROAE2)
