On January 12, 2026, Mr. Phiraphan Khothong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), assigned Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 2 (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), to join the field visit for the “Proactive Public Relations Project to Build Cooperation Networks in Provincial Branches” with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture (General Thamanat Phromphao), along with Ministry of Agriculture executives and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture. Mr. Noparit Sirikosol, Governor of Sukhothai Province, gave a welcoming speech, and Ms. Wannee Mahaniranon, Secretary-General of the Agricultural Rehabilitation and Development Fund (ARDF), presented a report at the Wannaklang Auditorium, National Sports University, Sukhothai Campus. On this occasion, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives executives and their team presented plaques for funds allocated for vocational rehabilitation and development, subsidies, and loans to agricultural organizations. This included debt repayment on behalf of farmers to creditor institutions in Sukhothai and Kamphaeng Phet provinces. Land title deeds were also returned to farmer members of the Agricultural Rehabilitation and Development Fund who had settled their debts.
