From January 14-16, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics Region 2 (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Mr. Latthaphon Kanlayanamit, an operational economist, to participate in the workshop. The aim was to develop the knowledge, understanding, and skills of OAE personnel in effective communication and presentation of academic work, as well as to enable them to apply the acquired knowledge and skills appropriately in research and evaluation. Professor Dr. Phumithan Rangkhakulnuwat, Department of Cooperatives, Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University, served as the lecturer. The workshop was held in Meeting Room 3, 3rd Floor, Innovation Building, Office of Agricultural Economics, with Mr. Phiraphan Khothong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, in attendance. He presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop, and Dr. Chatthaphon Sayaphan, Director of the Evaluation Center, gave the report.
