On January 19, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), along with Mrs. Suthathip Srisapphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, and staff from the planning division, attended a meeting to hear an explanation of the study framework/project implementation details from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, ROAE1-12, 2026 (3 activities) presented to the Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, Dr. Kanjana Khwanmueang, for feedback on the development of the work. The three projects were:
- A study on approaches to managing farmer vulnerability and spatial adaptation to climate change.
- A study on approaches to developing opportunities for increased income and agricultural sustainability, and approaches to upgrading high-value agricultural products through technology and innovation. To serve as a production and service base in the economic corridor area.
- Subject: Study of agricultural product management approaches to create added value through carbon credits.
At this meeting, Dr. Kanjana, the Chairperson of the meeting, was in attendance. Directors of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE) and academics from the Planning Division of ROAE1-12 participated.
