On January 22, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitthiphon, Policy and Planning Analyst, to participate in the 1st Agricultural Development Committee Meeting of Uttaradit Province (SCP) for 2026 via Zoom. Miss Kanok-orn Saengarun, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Uttaradit, chaired the meeting.
The meeting discussed eight topics, including:
- A report on the water and cultivation situation in Uttaradit Province.
- Measures for preventing and resolving agricultural burning problems in 2025/2026 in Uttaradit Province.
- The implementation of the Intellectual Property Development Plan 2026-2027.
- A summary of the seminar results. Agricultural Data Collection Project at the Local Level, Fiscal Year 2026, Uttaradit Province – Report on the Agricultural Economic Situation in 2025 and Trends for 2026 in Uttaradit Province
- Report on the Production Situation of Key Agricultural Products in Uttaradit Province
- Summary of the Seminar on the Agricultural Economic Situation in 2025 and Trends for 2026 “Agrivolution: Transforming Agriculture for the Future”
- Driving the Master Plan for Agricultural Development, Edition 2 (2025-2032)
For consideration of 4 issues, namely:
- High-Value Agricultural Products and Services Project: 1 Locality, 1 High-Value Agricultural Product, Uttaradit Province, Fiscal Year 2026
- Summary of Project Implementation Results according to the Agricultural and Cooperative Action Plan of Uttaradit Province, Fiscal Year 2026
- Report on the Implementation of Policies and Directives of the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives And the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
- Inspection by the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives for the fiscal year 2026.
In this regard, the ROAE2 presented two matters at the meeting:
- Report on the agricultural economic situation in 2025 and trends for 2026 in Uttaradit Province.
- Report on the study of the marginal cost of reducing greenhouse gas emissions in animal feed corn production.
