On February 5-6, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, to attend the training “The Art of Reading People: Achieving Results and Building Relationships Using the DISC Model” at the Sri Plang Meeting Room, 8th Floor, Vision Building, Office of Agricultural Economics.
The training aimed to enable personnel to work together professionally, adapting to different personality styles, transforming “differences” into “team synergy,” and building a strong teamwork culture. This directly contributes to achieving the organization’s highest goals efficiently and enabling sustainable overcoming future uncertainties.
Mr. Khrongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, presided over the opening ceremony of the training.
