On February 6, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2), participated in a meeting to discuss the implementation of goals and indicators under Thailand’s Food Management Action Plan in Phrae Province. The meeting was held at the Chaiyaboon Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Phrae Provincial Hall, Nai Wiang Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province, chaired by Mr. Manoon Rattana-ubon, Phrae Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer.
The purpose of the meeting was to review two issues:
- Goals and indicators under Thailand’s Food Management Action Plan, Phase 1 (2023-2027)
- Results of the Self-Sufficiency Ratio (SSR) calculation for key agricultural products at the provincial level in 2025
For consideration:
- Percentage of food loss in target food groups – Comparison with the baseline:
- Selection of 13 key agricultural products across 5 product groups to compile data on food loss in target food groups at the provincial level (6 products: rice, longan, cassava, broiler chicken, beef cattle, and tilapia).
- Consideration and approval of the assignment of relevant agencies to collect food loss data using the reporting form.
