On February 10, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), along with Miss Panrada Tharuean, Chair of the Employee Well-being Enhancement Working Group of ROAE2, and ROAE2 staff, organized a Birthday Month activity for OAE 2 staff. The Director prepared Japanese Cheesecakes for all those born in February, including herself, as part of the activity. This is another activity under the ROAE2 Employee Well-being Enhancement Project.
