On March 20, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), along with staff from various divisions/departments of ROAE2, participated in a training session on “Awareness and Strengthening Personal Data Protection” via Zoom. Mr. Chanawat Sitthithoon, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, chaired the training. Dr. Krit Eiamthanon, Director of the Agricultural Information Center, gave a report. Ms. Phanarat Inna, Director of the Research and Development Center, Office of the Personal Data Protection Board (OPB), served as a guest speaker.
The objective was to increase knowledge and understanding of laws related to personal data protection and information security measures that can be appropriately and effectively implemented within the organization to prevent damage from data breaches.
