From March 4-20, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2), assigned staff from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division of ROAE2 to conduct fieldwork to survey and collect data for a study on spatial vulnerability management and adaptation of farmers to climate change. The target group was rice farmers cultivating paddy rice in the 2025/2026 planting season in Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, and Uttaradit provinces.
This data will be used to develop guidelines for spatial vulnerability management and adaptation of farmers to climate change.
