On March 31, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), assigned staff from the General Administration Division to participate in the state ceremony commemorating the anniversary of His Majesty King Rama III (King Nangklao) and Civil Servant Day 2026 at the Public Assembly Hall, Phitsanulok Provincial Hall. Mr. Kiattisak Trongsiri, Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony.
