On April 10, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), along with ROAE2 staff, participated in preserving Thai culture and traditions by holding activities to pour water on Buddha images and seek blessings from elders during the Songkran Festival 2026. This is another activity to create happiness and bonding among ROAE2.
