On April 30, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), along with Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, and officers of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division, attended a brainstorming meeting on the review of the Farmer’s Well-being Index via ZOOM. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Phiraphan Khothong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics.
The objective was to consider and provide suggestions on the issues of determining indicator scoring criteria, calculation methods, and proposing additional indicators. These would be used as supporting information for developing and improving the preparation of the Farmer’s Well-being Index to ensure its accuracy, appropriateness, and ability to truly reflect the situation.
