On May 5, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), along with Mrs. Suthathip Srisapphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division, and Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, attended a special meeting of the Public Sector Management Quality Development Working Group (Working Team) to clarify the access and use of the Social Listening system via ZOOM.
The objective was to acknowledge 2 matters, which included:
- The use of the Social Listening system for collecting and analyzing social opinions.
- The application of social opinions as supporting information for the agency’s policy-level decision-making.
