On May 6, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), along with Mrs. Suthathip Srisapphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division, Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, and officers from the divisions/sections of ROAE2, attended a brainstorming meeting on the preparation of the organizational development plan in agricultural development policy and planning for ROAE1-12 using Strategic Foresight via ZOOM. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Sujaree Picha, Director of the 1st Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE1), in her capacity as the Chair of the Subcommittee on Agricultural Development Policy and Planning Work Development.
The objective was to allow relevant stakeholders to brainstorm and analyze the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), conduct an Uncertainty Analysis of the future, and jointly Create Scenarios of the desired future for the organizational development plan in agricultural development policy and planning for ROAE1-12.
