On Friday, May 8, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics, in her capacity as the Chair of the Subcommittee on Agricultural Information Work Development, assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, along with officers, to organize a brainstorming meeting on the preparation of the organizational development plan in agricultural information for ROAE1-12 using Strategic Foresight. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Kitsat Onngoenthayakorn, Director of the 10th Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE10), in his capacity as the Vice Chair of the Subcommittee on Agricultural Information Work Development. A total of 36 participants, including directors and representatives from ROAE1-12, attended the meeting via Zoom Cloud Meetings at the ROAE2 meeting room.
The objective of this meeting was to allow the subcommittee to brainstorm and analyze the uncertainty of the future (Uncertainty Analysis) and jointly create the desired future scenarios (Create Scenario) for the organizational development plan in agricultural information for ROAE1-12, in order to formulate strategies that support those scenarios.
