On May 8, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2 Phitsanulok), attended a meeting to present field findings from the monitoring and evaluation under the Project on Monitoring and Evaluation of Sectoral Climate Change Adaptation Operations according to the National Climate Change Adaptation Plan. The meeting was held at Nan Boutique Resort, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province, and was chaired by Mr. Ekarat Khammano, Acting Director of the Adaptation Monitoring and Evaluation Group, Department of Climate Change and Environment.
The objective was to gather feedback and opinions on the monitoring and evaluation of climate change adaptation projects at the local level, as follows:
- Monitoring and evaluation results of the climate change adaptation project in the agricultural sector to increase resilience and sustainability in the highlands of Na Noi District, Nan Province, along with policy recommendations.
- Guidelines and the feasibility of applying monitoring and evaluation tools for sectoral climate change adaptation operations at the local level.
- Gaps, limitations, and other recommendations.
