On May 18, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2 Phitsanulok), along with Mr. Thanakorn Kaeojaroon, Senior Economist, and Mr. Lattaphon Kanlayanamit, Practitioner Economist, attended an academic seminar on “Impacts of an innovative credit and insurance products for marginalized farmers; Evidence from a randomized experiment in Odisha, India” via Zoom Cloud Meetings. The seminar was chaired by Dr. Kanchana Kwanmuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE).
