On June 24, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), alongside Miss Mayuchat Niyom, Head of the General Administration Section, and Mr. Banphot Nuchliang, Computer Technical Officer, participated in the 3/2026 Digital Technology Committee Meeting of the Office of Agricultural Economics.
The session was conducted virtually via Zoom and was presided over and chaired by Mr. Khrongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE).
The meeting was structured to evaluate current cybersecurity telemetry and chart the digital policy landscape for the organization, covering the following agendas:
Matters for Acknowledgment (3 Items)
- Committee Appointment Directive: Reviewing the official order establishing the current roster and duties of the OAE Digital Technology Committee.
- Threat Detection Analytics: Analyzing regional threat intelligence logs and malicious activities captured by the Trend Micro Deep Discovery security monitoring system.
- Cyberattack Assessment: Evaluating a comprehensive summary report analyzing recent cyberattack vectors directed against OAE’s core information systems and network infrastructure.
Matters for Consideration (4 Items)
- ICT Budget Reallocation: Deliberating on high-priority ICT projects optimized through fiscal year 2026 budget reallocations and internal fund transfers.
- Information Security Governance: Reviewing the updated draft of the OAE Information Security Policy and Guidelines to ensure robust regulatory compliance.
- AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): Formulating a structural framework for an Acceptable Use Policy specifically governing the deployment, integration, and ethical boundaries of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies within agency workflows.
- Digital Roadmap Adjustment: Evaluating and conducting a mid-term strategic review of the OAE Digital Action Plan (2023–2027) to realign milestones with changing technical demands.
