On June 26, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, along with Mr. Chat Naowaphananon, Senior Statistician, to participate in the 7/2026 Agricultural Information Committee Meeting.
The meeting was held at Meeting Room AEOC 2, 2nd Floor of the Agricultural Economics Operation Center Building at the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) headquarters, with additional members joining via Zoom Cloud Meetings. The session was presided over and chaired by Miss Busaya Pinsuwan, Agricultural Information Expert.
The core objective of the meeting was to deliberate on, review, and validate the statistical data and survey results for multiple economic crop categories, organized into the following timelines:
- 2025/2026 Crop Year Datasets: Reviewing and validating production and yield figures compiled for major rice (in-season rice), first-crop feed maize, and first-crop soybeans.
- 2025 Crop Dataset: Reviewing and validating the final annual data collected for orchids.
- 2026 Crop Datasets: Reviewing and validating current-year statistical data collected for garlic, large onions, shallots, potatoes, and pepper.
