On June 26, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), led a public service voluntary blood donation initiative at the Thai Red Cross Society chapter in Phitsanulok Province, with ROAE2 personnel actively participating in the charitable event.
The voluntary initiative was organized to achieve the following core objectives:
- Royal Merit-Making Tribute: To offer as a royal merit-making tribute and express profound loyalty and gratitude to Her Majesty the Queen on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty’s 4th Cycle (48th) Birthday Anniversary on June 3, 2026.
- Fostering a Culture of Giving: To encourage ROAE2 personnel to engage in public welfare acts, cultivating a strong sense of social responsibility, altruism, and community spirit by contributing life-saving resources to fellow human beings.
