On July 13, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division of ROAE2, to attend the 3rd workshop session on the “Training of Trainers for Extension Officers Enhancing Climate Change Resilience in Thailand through Efficient Water Management and Sustainable Agriculture” curriculum for Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, and Uttaradit provinces. The event was held at the Ayutthaya Room, 5th Floor, Topland Hotel, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province, and was conducted by a project team from Naresuan University.
The training topics included the following:
- Managing the direction of modern Thai agriculture under climate change
- Integrating technology for digital-era agriculture by Mr. Songyot Chantasing, Professional Agricultural Engineer
- Managing agricultural products using market-led production principles
- Writing business plans for agribusiness, alongside a workshop on studying agricultural business plans and formulating marketing plans
- Designing action plans to drive policies from local areas to the provincial level
