On July 22, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitthiphol, Practitioner Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in the 3/2026 meeting of the Phrae Provincial Agricultural Driving Committee (Single Command Panel: SCP) via the Zoom online system. Mr. Manoon Rattanaubon, Phrae Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, presided over the meeting.
The meeting was held to acknowledge 6 matters, namely:
- The water situation in Phrae Province.
- Inspection plan of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives for Fiscal Year 2026, Round 2.
- Progress report on operational results of projects under the provincial agricultural and cooperatives action plan for the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2026.
- Work plans and projects requested for inclusion in the Phrae Provincial Annual Official Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2028 by agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Phrae Province.
- Recruitment of the National Agricultural Philosopher for the year 2027.
- Results of the selection of the new Provincial Large-Scale Plot Network Committee and the new Provincial Learning Center for Increasing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency Committee for 2026.
The meeting was held to consider 3 matters, namely:
- Quality grading of large-scale rubber plots for Fiscal Year 2026 in Phrae Province.
- Lessons learned from large-scale rubber plots for Fiscal Year 2026.
- The organization of the 2026 retirement appreciation event for personnel under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Phrae Province.
