On August 19, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Kittiwan Prasitthiphol, Practitioner Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the 8/2026 Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural Driving Committee Meeting (Single Command Province: SCP) via the ZOOM online system, with Miss Kanokon Saengarun, Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, presiding over the meeting.
The meeting was held to acknowledge 14 matters, namely:
- Preparedness, surveillance, and monitoring of heavy rainfall situations between August 19–21, 2026
- Water situation and crop cultivation report of Uttaradit Province
- Report on the production situation of major agricultural commodities in Uttaradit Province
- Promoting low-water alternative agriculture for farmers to cope with El Niño and dry spells
- Prevention and resolution of durian issues in Uttaradit Province
- Measures for preventing and mitigating agricultural burning for 2026/2027
- Updating member rosters of large-scale farming plots in Thong Saen Khan District, Uttaradit Province
- The High-Value Agricultural Products and Services Project “1 Locality, 1 High-Value Agricultural Product” for Fiscal Year 2026
- Implementation of the Q Restaurant project promoting safe ingredients in Uttaradit Province for 2026
- Implementation of the Q Market project promoting consumption and use of Q raw materials in Uttaradit Province for 2026
- Projects under the Emergency Decree Authorizing the Ministry of Finance to Borrow Money to Address Impacts from the Energy Crisis and Facilitate the Country’s Energy Transition, B.E. 2569 (2026)
- Progress monitoring on directives given by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Miss Piyarath Tiyapairat) during her inspection tour in Uttaradit Province
- Follow-up on directives from progress inspections under the Fiscal Year 2026 Inspection Plan of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Inspection Zone 17, Rounds 1 and 2
- Formulation of the Uttaradit Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028–2032)
The meeting was held to consider 3 matters, namely:
- Driving the management of agricultural residues under the Prevention and Resolution of Smog, Wildfire, and PM2.5 Project for Fiscal Year 2027
- Quality grading of large-scale farming plots for Fiscal Year 2026 across 13 commodities
- Changing the primary Agricultural Learning Center for Increasing Production Efficiency (ALC) of Mueang Uttaradit District
