On September 2, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Mr. Latthaphon Kalyanamitr, Practitioner Economist, to attend the signing ceremony meeting of the Academic Memorandum of Understanding on the monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge exchange of Royal Initiative Projects between the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) and the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, via Zoom Cloud Meeting.
Mr. Peeraphan Korthong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, delivered a statement of intent and co-signed the Academic Memorandum of Understanding on the monitoring, evaluation, and data exchange of Royal Initiative Projects with Mrs. Suporn Treenarin, Secretary-General of the Royal Development Projects Board, witnessed by Mr. Chanawat Sitthithoon, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, and Mr. Chatthaphon Sayaphan, Director of the Center for Agricultural Evaluation, alongside executives and staff members of both agencies.
This cooperation aims to integrate the strengths, knowledge, and datasets of both agencies to elevate the monitoring and evaluation processes of Royal Initiative Projects to recognized standards backed by empirical evidence, systematically and comprehensively reflecting the achievements and benefits generated for citizens and local areas.
