During September 7–8, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Mr. Chat Naowaphananon, Professional Statistical Officer, to attend the Workshop on Unified Data Formulation and the 3rd Seminar on Regional Fruit Management Planning at The Grand Chaiyapruk Hotel, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province. The seminar was attended by officers in charge of fruit crop operations from 17 Northern Provincial Agricultural Offices, personnel from the 6th Agricultural Extension and Development Office, as well as officers from the 1st and 12th Regional Offices of Agricultural Economics and the Center for Agricultural Information.
The objective of the seminar was to summarize the formulation of production and harvesting data, as well as to plan production management for 2027, during which longan output is anticipated to increase compared to 2026.
