On September 23, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), along with Miss Mayuchat Niyom, Head of the General Administration Section, and Mr. Banphot Nuchleang, Computer Technical Officer, attended a briefing meeting on utilizing the office management system (GDCC e-office) via the Zoom online system.
The objectives of the meeting were to guide participants on the use of the digital document management system (e-Saraban) within official clerical workflows—focusing on system functionalities that support document drafting, submission for review, and electronic signatures—and to provide training on the Timesheet attendance tracking system to facilitate Work From Home arrangements, enabling staff members to log working hours, specify work locations, and generate attendance summary reports.
