On September 30, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of the ROAE2, Phitsanulok), along with ROAE2 staff, participated in a workshop on “Lessons Learned from 2025 Performance and Preparation of the Fiscal Year 2026 Action Plan for All Divisions under ROAE2.” The workshop took place from September 30 to October 1, 2025, at Sukhothai Heritage Resort, Sawankhalok District, Sukhothai Province.
Objectives
- To learn about the performance of Fiscal Year 2025 and the challenges faced by each division.
- To learn about the work and personnel development guidelines for each division/division for implementation in Fiscal Year 2026.
- To learn about the project plans that ROAE2 received an allocation for the fiscal year 2026.
- To review the 2026 operational and budget expenditure plans.
- To acknowledge the outstanding performance of each department and division, and to publicize these achievements for benefit.
The Director of ROAE2 delivered a lecture on “Increasing Work Efficiency with a Growth Mindset for Teamwork” to improve attitudes, perspectives, and collaborative thinking among staff members, fostering shared goals.
The evening event included dinner and a monthly birthday cake for ROAE2 for September 2025, under the theme “One Heart, One Goal,” to foster a sense of well-being and commitment within the organization.
