On Monday, October 13, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE2), assigned officers from the ROAE2 Agricultural Information Division to participate in a merit-making ceremony, offering alms to 89 monks, and laying wreaths in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great on the anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great (King Rama IX the Great Day) at Phitsanulok City Hall. Mr. Boonluea Baramee, Deputy Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony.
