On October 31, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), organized a volunteer charity event to donate rice, dried food, medicine, and other necessities to the Wang Thong Homeless Shelter in Phitsanulok Province. ROAE2 staff participated in the event to assist the homeless and to express their gratitude and loyalty. This merit-making activity was offered on the occasion of King Rama IX the Great Day (October 13, 2025) and Chulalongkorn Day (October 23, 2025).
