On November 19, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), attended the 2/2025 meeting of the Sukhothai Provincial Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development at the Thung Saliam Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Sukhothai Provincial Hall. Mr. Somlak Yoknoiwong, Deputy Governor of Sukhothai Province, chaired the meeting.
The meeting addressed seven matters:
- Policy Delegation to Drive the Work of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives Under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Captain Thammanat Prompao
- Provincial agricultural and cooperative action plan and progress report on project implementation according to the Sukhothai Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Action Plan for fiscal year 2025, fourth quarter as of October 30, 2025
- Current water situation and forecasts in Sukhothai Province
- Flood situation and assistance provided in Sukhothai Province in fiscal year 2025 (crop, fisheries, and livestock)
- High-value agricultural products and services project, one locality, one high-value agricultural product, fiscal year 2026
- Summary of the meeting to implement the issues directed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Captain Thammanat Prompao) regarding the flood situation monitoring in Sukhothai Province
- Agricultural economic report, third quarter 2025, and trends for 2025 in Sukhothai Province
To consider the development of a provincial monthly agricultural production calendar Sukhothai Province, 2025
On this occasion, the Director of the ROAE2 presented the report on the agricultural economic situation for the third quarter of 2025 and the outlook for 2025 to the meeting for their acknowledgement. This report will be used by relevant agencies to drive the agricultural sector forward.
