On November 27, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), participated in the First Focus Group Workshop from Local Stakeholders (4 Regions) in Chiang Rai Province at the Ruean Tung Meeting Room, The Imperial River House Resort, Chiang Rai Province. Mr. Winit Athisuk, Deputy Secretary-General of the OAE, gave the opening address. Mrs. Sujaree Picha, Director of ROAE1 Chiang Mai, and Mrs. Jenticha Chaichan, Director of ROAE12 Nakhon Sawan, also attended the seminar.
Two lectures were given:
- “Directions for the Development of the Agricultural Logistics System in the Northern Region” (by Mr. Ukrit Phongpraphai, Provincial Strategic Development Expert) Northern Economic and Social Development Office
- “Development of an Action Plan for Agricultural Logistics System Development (2028-2032)” (by Miss Sirirat Tangcharoenkitkul, Director of the Agricultural Logistics Policy and Development Plan Division)
Participated in a seminar titled “Transforming Chiang Rai’s Economic Gateway into an Agricultural Logistics Hub in the Upper Mekong Subregion” (by Mr. Charin Pookkasem, Head of the Chiang Khong Plant Quarantine Checkpoint, Mr. Sa-nguan Sonklinsakul, Vice President of the Chiang Rai Chamber of Commerce, and Mrs. Poraphat Bunsri, President of the Phu Phueng Luang Community Enterprise Group) and participated in a brainstorming session titled “Opening Perspectives and Elevating Modern Agricultural Logistics”
