On December 24, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), along with Mrs. Suthathip Srisapphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, and ROAE2 staff, participated in a workshop on the Agricultural and Cooperative Action Plan 2028-2032 (4 Regions), 1st Session, Phitsanulok Province. The workshop was held at Convention Room 2, Topland Hotel & Convention Center, Phitsanulok Province. Dr. Kanjana Khwanmueang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, presided over the opening ceremony, and Miss Tapi Watcharangkoon, Director of the Agricultural Policy and Planning Division, gave the report.
This workshop was attended by the Director of the ROAE1, Chiang Mai (Mrs. Sujaree Picha), the Director of the ROAE12, Nakhon Sawan (Mrs. Jenthicha Chaichan), along with directors of agricultural economic zone development planning divisions, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture, representatives from the public and private sectors, educational institutions, and volunteer agricultural economists from 17 northern provinces.
Two presentations were given: the current agricultural situation in Thailand and the agricultural and cooperative action plan.
A brainstorming session was held on the draft agricultural and cooperative action plan 2028-2032, including the vision, goals, issues, and development guidelines.
