On December 25, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics Region 2 (ROAE2), along with ROAE2 staff, held a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2026 event. The event included a gift exchange and a raffle with special gifts from the ROAE2 executive team, aiming to bring joy and boost morale for the start of the new year. This activity was part of the ROAE2’s plan to enhance well-being and employee engagement.
This also aligns with the OAE’s organizational culture indicator, “BALANCE OAE,” which aims to encourage employees to participate in activities that foster positive relationships and create a balance between work and personal life.
