On January 19, 2026, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (Director of ROAE2), assigned Miss Panrada Tharuean, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, to participate in the 2nd meeting of the Working Team 2 (Categories 3 and 4) for the development of public sector management quality in 2026. The meeting was held in Meeting Room 2, 3rd Floor, Innovation Building, OAE, via Zoom Cloud Meeting. Miss Sukanya Kasem, Agricultural Natural Resource Economics Expert, chaired the meeting.
The purpose of this meeting was to review the summary report of the PMQA Team 2 Working Group Meeting No. 1/2026, the 12-month progress report on the 2025 organizational development plan, the preparation of the 2026 organizational development plan, and to prepare for training on the guidelines for assessing the status of government agencies in becoming a 4.0 government system.
The meeting also reviewed the progress in preparing the organizational development report and the 2026 organizational development plan, specifically Category 3: Focusing on service users and stakeholders, and the progress in preparing the organizational development report and the 2026 organizational development plan, Category 4: Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management.
